At Rock & Sage, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our returns policy below.
Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All returns must include the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, tags, and protective materials.

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Earrings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Items marked Final Sale, discounted items, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Rock & Sage is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend completing a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
